The compatible Symphony devices can be obtained through cvs.com/symphony or at CVS HealthHub locations. It is essential to note that monitoring and additional services provided through the subscription and app are managed by an independent third party, distinct from CVS Pharmacy®. Activation entails a recurring monthly service fee charged by this third party.

Symphony devices are available for purchase at CVS HealthHub locations and online at cvs.com/symphony. However, purchases of Symphony devices and related subscriptions cannot occur through the Symphony app.
